|DAY ONE: Arrive Noi Bai International Airport - Ha Noi, Vietnam (-/-/-)|
A Luco Travel tour guide and personal driver will meet you at Noi Bai International Airport. You will be driven to the Hanoi Intercontinental Hotel for check in.
|DAY TWO: Relaxation and Recovery (B/-/-)|
We set this day aside to give you time to recover from the long flight to Vietnam. Enjoy the hotel amenities or take a trip into Hanoi City.
|DAY THREE: Ha Long Bay Cruise (B/L/D)|
07:00 – 08:00: Breakfast and Check Out
08:00 - 08:30 A chartered bus will pick you up at the hotel. You will travel to Ha Long Bay where you will board the Ha Long Dragon Legend Cruise for an overnight excursion. Aside from being popular with tourists, Ha Long Bay is also a culturally recognized UNESCO World Heritage Site. The bay is well known for its scenic karst topography, which continues to be the subject of many photos of Vietnam.
12:30 – 13:00 : Check-in Ha Long Dragon Legend Cruise. The cruise begins with a welcome drink and safety briefing.
13:30 – 14:30: Enjoy lunch while cruising into magnificent Bai Tu Long Bay; admire the fascinating limestone karsts on the way.
15:00 – 17:00: Cruise to Vung Dang – Cong Dam area: Swim or relax on a white sandy beach; kayak through the mystery Karst Mountains in Vung Dang area.
18:00 - 18:30: Return to Dragon Legend Cruise. Freshen up before sitting down to a delicious dinner and an evening of camaraderie with fellow guests.
|DAY FOUR: Ha Long Bay – Thien Canh Son Cave – Ha Noi (B/L/-)|
06:30 – 07:30: Start the day with a Tai Chi demonstration on the sun-deck or take in the morning view of the Bay’s landscape with a cup of tea or coffee and enjoy breakfast in the fresh air.
7:30 – 09:45 Cruise to Cong Do area to explore the well- hidden Thien Canh Son Cave.
10:00 - 10:30 Check out.
10:45 – 11:45 Enjoy a buffet lunch while cruising back to the harbor.
12:00 – 15:30. Travel to Ha Noi Intercontinental West Lake. Check In. Free evening.
|DAY FIVE: Tour of Ha Noi City (B/L/-)|
After breakfast at the hotel, you will visit the memorial complex of the historic figure and father of modern Vietnam - Ho Chi Minh, the Presidential Palace, Uncle Ho's House on Stilts, One Pillar Pagoda, Temple of Literature - Vietnam's first university built in 1076, and the sixth century Tran Quoc Buddhist Pagoda.
Your guide will take you to a local restaurant where you will enjoy a delicious Vietnamese meal.
After lunch, your guide will take you to Hoa Lo Prison. Most exhibits relate to the prison’s use up to the mid-1950s, focusing on the Vietnamese struggle for independence from France. A gruesome relic is the ominous French guillotine, used to behead Vietnamese revolutionaries. There are also displays focusing on the American pilots who were incarcerated at Hoa Lo during the American War. The Hoan Kiem Lake with Ngoc Son Temple where a legendary turtle is reserved, Hanoi’s Old Quarter also known as the ‘36 streets’ with plenty of photo opportunities all around you.
Back to hotel and relax.
|DAY SIX: Ha Noi - Hue Imperial City (B/L/-)|
After breakfast, your guide and driver will take you to Ha Noi Airport. You will take a short flight to Hue. ( Timing is dependent on flight schedule )
A Luco Travel tour guide and driver will meet you at the Phu Bai Airport and take you to La Residence, Hue City.
Free time: Enjoy the 5 star accommodations and amenities that La Residence has to offer.
|DAY SEVEN: Hue Day Tour (B/L/-)|
07:00 – 09:00. Breakfast
09:00 - 09:30: You will be met by your tour guide and personal driver for a day of exploration. We will start with a visit to the Imperial Citadel and Forbidden City which reflects pomps and ceremonies of dynastic rulers of the Nguyen Dynasty from 1802 to 1945.
Enjoy a savory vegetarian feast in a pagoda and later visit to the city’s symbol, Thien Mu Pagoda.
15:00:15:30: Return to La Residence. Free evening.
|DAY EIGHT: Travel to Da Nang. (B/L/-)|
07:00 – 08:30 Breakfast and Check Out
08:30 – 12:30 Travel to Da Nang. Enjoy buffet lunch at Bana Hill restaurant.
12:30- 15:30 You will admire the heights by riding the most modern cable car system in Southeast Asia. You will visit Dream Stream Cable Car Station. Afterward, you will visit and play games at the Fantasy Park.
You will then visit Golden Bridge one of the famous bridges in Vietnam and Asia, before heading back to the hotel to relax.
15:30- 16:30 Arrival and Check in at the Intercontinental Da Nang Sun Peninsula Resort. The Intercontinental Da Nang Sun is rated one of the top 5 luxury resorts in the world. Free evening.
16:30 - 17:30 (Optional) If you are in the market for custom clothing. Your tour guide and driver will take you to Hoi An to meet with Yaly Couture to select your fabrics, discuss design, and take measurements.
|DAY NINE: Hoi An – Tra Que Cooking Class – Da Nang (B/L/-)|

09:00 – 16:00 After breakfast, our tour guide will pick you up at hotel lobby by car. Starting Tra Que Cooking Class, we depart to Hoi An Market by bicycle. Our tour guide is also a chef will show you the way to choose fresh ingredients at the market. Also, we will buy all ingredients for our cooking class. Continue to Tra Que Village with a short bicycle ride. Along the way, we can make some photo stops of the rice fields, water buffalo, …
Upon arrival Tra Que Village, you will have welcome drink with “É” water. It’s a special local drink or local tea. Take a short rest before joining in Tra Que Cooking Class. After that, we take a short walk around the vegetable garden to see the local farmer at work.
Our tour guide will explain the culture, history and the daily activities of Tra Que people. Next, we will start the class step by step. You will learn how to make “Banh xeo” (Pancake), “Tam huu” spring roll (Traditional dish of Hoi An) and “Tra Que spring roll”.
Finishing the cooking experience, you will have a local fresh lunch in Tra Que.Travel back to the resort. *If you selected a trip to Yaly Couture, your tour guide and driver will take you back for your first fitting.

|DAY ELEVEN: Travel to Ho Chi Minh City (B/L/-)|

09:00 – 15:30 Your tour guide and driver will take you to Da Nang Airport for a short flight to Ho Chi Minh City. A Luco Travel tour guide and personal driver will pick up you at the Tan Son Nhat International Airport. You will be driven to the Intercontinental Ho Chi Minh City for check in
Your tour guide will take you to visit the city’s highlights including: the former US Embassy where last helicopter flew out of Saigon in 1975.
Visit Cha Tam Church, built around the turn of the 19th century, this decaying light-caramel-painted church exudes a sleepy, tropical feel. A pew in the church is marked with a small plaque identifying the spot where President Ngo Dinh Diem was seized after taking refuge here with his brother Ngo Dinh Nhu on 2 November 1963, after fleeing the Presidential Palace.
Then you can go sight-seeing at the Notre Dame Cathedral and Old Post Office: built between 1877 and 1883. This is one of the best examples of classical French colonial architecture. Remarkably every stone used in its creation was shipped from France to Vietnam. Her two 40m towers, topped with iron spires dominate the city’s skyline. The Old Post Office is another example of French colonial architecture and is also the country’s largest post office.
Continue to visit Dong Khoi Street - formerly Rue Catinat – made famous by Graham Greene in his best-selling book “The Quiet American” and Ben Thanh Market - the central market with plenty of local products.
Travel back to the hotel.
|DAY TWELVE: Cu Chi Tunnels. (B/L/-)|
07:00 – 09:00 Breakfast
09:00-09:30 Your tour guide and driver will meet you at the hotel. From there you will travel to the Cu Chi Tunnels. Our tour guide will give you an overview introduction of Cu Chi tunnels and its legendary history. A documentary film about the tunnels will explain you about the tunnels histories and how fierce the war was in the area. You will be guided to the tunnels system including the weapon factory, hospitals, kitchens and crawl under the tunnels…
After that travelers can try delicious manioc which was the main food for guerilla-warriors in Cu Chi during the war. Leave the Cu Chi Tunnels and back Sai Gon.
Lunch at noodle restaurant.
14:00 Travel back to Ho Chi Minh City. Enjoy lunch. You are free to explore the city.
|DAY THIRTEEN: Mekong Delta – Cai Be Floating Market. (B/L/-)|

08:30 - 09:00 Depart on a 2 hour drive to Cai Be town in Mekong Delta that is home to a colorful floating market, vast emerald rice fields, luxuriant orchards and lush back waterways.
Upon arrival, board a long tail boat for a cruise to explore the Cai Be floating market where hundreds of boats gather for selling and buying, making a stunning scene on the water of Mekong River.
Get off the boat for a visit local village where you will observe locals making traditional stuffs, visit to local home, orchard and sample fresh tropical fruits.
Lunch with local specialties and enjoy a sampan rowing along shady creek.
Drive back to Ho Chi Minh City in the afternoon
