DAY 1: SIAM REAP – ARRIVAL (-/-/-) |
Welcome to Siam Reap, the gate way to the World Wonder – Angkor.
Upon arrival at Siem Reap International Airport, you are met and transferred to hotel. The rest of the day is free at leisure to relax after a long flight.

DAY 2: SIAM REAP EXPLORE (B/L/-) |
Breakfast at the hotel and enjoy our day to explore the Angkor park with visits to Angkor Thom which is famous for its series of colossal human faces carved in stone, the impressive Bayon Temple, the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, the Elephant Terrace, the Terrace of the Leper King and the largest as well as the most complete temple of Angkor Wat.

DAY 3: SIAM REAP (B/L/-) |
Today we will further discovery Angkor with our visit to the jungle covered temple of Ta Prohm which was depicted in the movie ‘Tomb Raider.’ We will also visit the impressive Banteay Kdei, Sra Srong, Ta Keo, Thommanon and Chau Say Tevado.
This afternoon we take a boat cruise on the Tonle Sap, the largest fresh water lake in Southeast Asia that plays a very important role in Cambodian life. DAY 4: SIAM REAP – PHNOM PENH (B/L/-) |
Breakfast at hotel then travel along fascinating country to visit to the intricately carved and well preserved temple of Banteay Srei. Along the way we also visit the Preah Dark village and the Banteay Samre Temple adorned with impressive reliefs depicting scenes of Vishunu as well as Krishna legends.
Later, transfer to the airport for a short flight to Phnom Penh.
After checking in the hotel, in the same afternoon we will take a visit to Wat Phnom, the birthplace of Phnom Penh before taking a sunset cruise on the Mekong River.

DAY 5: PHNOM PENH DISCOVERY – HOCHIMINH CITY (B/L/-) |
Breakfast at the hotel and start our day with visit to the Royal Palace that contains the Royal Residence and the Throne Hall. Continue to Silver Pagoda which draws its name from the more than 5,000 silver tiles covering the temple’s floor and and offers a wide display of priceless Buddhist and historical objects.
Later in the day we will take visits to Toul Sleng museum (S-21) and the killing fields of Choueng Ek, the two places that remind us of the darkness in the Cambodia’s recent history under the rule of the Khmer Rouge.
Transfer out to the airport for a short flight to Ho Chi Minh City.
Check in at the hotel and the rest of the day is at your leisure to explore the city at your own pace.

DAY 6: CUCHI TUNNELS – HOCHIMINH CITY TOURS (B/L/-) |
In the morning, drive out of the city to visit to the Cu Chi Tunnels which was dug and used by Viet Minh and later Viet Cong during the anti-French and anti-American war. This is an underground city with a spider web system of more than 200km of tunnels dug deep in the hard soil that consists of living areas, kitchens, storage, weapon shops, field hospitals, command centers was the living and fighting ground for thousands of people.
Creep into the tunnel to experience how people lived and fought as well as to learn how strong people’s determination can be.
In the afternoon, we will have a city tour of Saigon – Ho Chi Minh City for its featured sights including History Museum, the Reunification Palace – former President Palace of the South, Notre Dame Cathedral – the famous religious architecture built from 1880, and nearby Central Post Office.
Take a walk along the Dong Khoi Street – former Rue Catinat, made famous by Graham Greene in his best-selling book The Quiet American and enjoy some time for fun shopping in Ben Thanh market.

DAY 7: MEKONG DELTA DICOVERY (B/L/-) |
Leave bustling Ho Chi Minh for a more than 2 hour drive to Cai Be in the Mekong Delta that is home to a colorful floating market, vast emerald rice fields, luxuriant orchards and lush back waterways.
Take a boat cruise to visit to the fascinating Cai Be floating market where hundreds of boats gather for selling and buying fresh local produce.
Also, we will visit the local village where you will observe locals making traditional goods such as rice paper cakes, fish sauce and pop rice.
Continue your cruise along the meandering canal for sightseeing of local life on water and the two banks. Visit a local home and orchard and sample fresh tropical fruits. Lunch with local specialties of Mekong and enjoy a sampan rowing along a shady creek.

DAY 8: HOCHIMINH CITY – DANANG – HOI AN (B/-/-) |
Take a morning flight for to Da Nang then a short transfer to Hoi An.
Located by the bank of Thu Bon River, Hoi An attracts people by its peaceful charms of ancient streets and houses built centuries ago when the town was an important seaport. Enjoy the friendliness, great foods and excellent shopping…
In the afternoon we will take a walking tour of Hoi An ancient town for sightseeing of its attractions such as Hoi An market, Tan Ky ancient house, the covered Japanese bridge, Chinese assembly hall and so on…
The rest of the day is for great shopping.

DAY 9: COUNTRY CYCLING – COOKING CLASS (B/L/-) |
Enjoy an eco-cycling tour along the little paths through rice paddies, farms and peaceful villages where you will see buffalos, locals working with traditional tools, and friendly children waving at you along the way. Visit Tra Que, a vegetable growing village that is famous for its green herbs where you can join locals on their farm to learn how the best herbs and greens are grown.
Later we will take a tour to Hoi An central market to experience the amazing sights and sounds and to get introduction about ingredients available there before going to the cooking center for the cooking class. The chef will introduce to you how to play with the ingredients and show you detailed steps of the cooking process.
It is then time to enjoy the lunch of your own creation and see what a wonderful cook you are!
The rest of the day is to enjoy shopping around the town.

DAY 10: HOIAN IMPRIAL (B/-/-) |
After breakfast at the hotel, take a drive through the verdant mountains and quaint villages to Hue, the former Imperial Capital of Vietnam, with some stops along the way for sightseeing of the Marble Mountains and Hai Van Pass.
In the afternoon we will visit the Imperial Citadel and Forbidden City built between 1802 – 1833, where Kings of Nguyen Dynasty lived and ruled the country. This place reflects the pomp and ceremony of the dynastic rulers as well as the scars of many years of turmoil, both ancient and modern, but retains a sense of grace and majesty even today.

DAY 11: HUE SIGHTSEEING – NIGHT TRAIN TO HANOI (B/L/-) |
Board a “dragon boat” and float on Perfume River to visit the iconic Thien Mu pagoda, the oldest pagoda and symbol of Hue with its 7-storey Phuoc Duyen tower. The huge bell from early 18th century can be heard from miles away. See an Austin car used by Buddhist monk Thich Quang Duc on his journey to Saigon centre where he burnt himself to death to protest Buddhism discrimination policies by the Ngo Dinh Diem regime in 1963. Continue with a visit to one of the Emperor Tombs of special architecture that was built in line with the royal city within the beautiful natural setting.

DAY 12: HANOI SIGHTSEEING (B/L/-) |
In the afternoon, enjoy a cyclo tour around fascinating Old Quarter, full of exciting scenes of local life with thousands of photos opportunities around you.

DAY 13: HANOI – HALONG BAY CRUISE (B/L/D) |
Depart Hanoi for a 3 ½ hour drive through the rich farmlands of the Red River Delta to Halong Bay that is dotted with thousands of limestone islands of special shapes formed by winds and waves through millions of years.
Board the wooden junk and wind your way through the spectacular bay of dramatic islands, floating villages and mirror-like water. Visit a huge limestone cave full of stalactites and stalagmites and enjoy the rest of the day to swim and paddle kayak or just simply relax on the top desk for a spectacular sunset.

DAY 14: HALONG BAY – HANOI (B/L/-) |
Enjoy a morning view of the bay’s landscape at sunrise and after breakfast, set sail for further cruising to explore the other parts of Halong. Visit a floating village and a pearl oyster farm before cruising back to the harbor. Lunch is served on your way back. Disembark the boat before 12.00PM and take drive back to Hanoi. Arrive back in Hanoi at around 4.00PM and the rest of the day is free at your leisure for more sightseeing of the city.

DAY 15: HANOI – FLIGHT TO LANG PRABANG (B/-/-) |
Breakfast at hotel and enjoy free time until our transfer to the airport for your flight to Luang Prabang.
After checking into hotel, take a city tour visiting featured sights including Wat Visun, Wat Aham, and the beautiful Wat Xieng Thong and Wat Mai.
Later we climb up to the top of Phou Si-hill to enjoy the view overlooking the city and watch the amazing sunset. From here we can see the magic Mekong and the small Nam Khan River.
Continue to the Street Night Bazaar, where you can find a lovely collection of goods and handmade textiles made by local and hill tribe people surrounding Luang Prabang.

DAY 16: MEKONG BOAT TRIP – PAK OU CAVE (B/L/-) |
After breakfast transfer to the pier for a trip by private long boat on the Mekong River to the holy cave of Pak Ou, which contains thousands of Buddha statues and is an important place for pilgrims. Stop en-route to visit Muang Kham and Ban Xang Hai of Lao Lum people where locals make the famous Laos rice whisky (Lou Lao).
After the Pak Ou, we cross the Mekong to Ban Pak Ou. On our way back, we will visit the village of Ban Xang Khong.

DAY 17: VISIT KUANG SI WATERFALL – KHAMU VILLAGE (B/L/-) |
After breakfast transfer to the pier for a trip by private long boat on the Mekong River to the holy cave of Pak Ou where contains thousands of Buddha statues and is an important place for pilgrims. Stop en-route to visit Muang Kham and Ban Xang Hai of Lao Lum people where local make the famous Laos rice whisky (Lou Lao).
After the Pak Ou we cross the Mekong to Ban Pak Ou and on our way back we will visit the village of Ban Xang Khong.
