On November 8th, Luco Travel was honored to welcome a delegation of students and lecturers from the Department of Indonesian Studies at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities for a visit and exchange at the company headquarters. In the opening segment, Luco Travel representative Mr. Louis Bui shared about the company’s formation and development process, its core values, and its goal to become a reputable tourism unit in Vietnam. Through this introduction, students gained an overview of Luco Travel’s mission to connect customers with wonderful exploration journeys.
- Organizational Structure of the Company
Luco Travel also introduced the various departments and the organizational structure within the company, from marketing and customer service to logistics and tour guides. Students had the opportunity to understand the role of each department in the value chain that the company provides. Notably, the practical insights shared about how departments collaborate to successfully organize a trip captured the attention and interest of the students. - Talkshow “The Guide Profession”
The talkshow left a deep impression with stories and experiences from Luco Travel’s tour guides. Through sincere sharing, students gained a better understanding of the responsibilities, joys, and challenges of being a tour guide, along with useful advice for their future career paths.
