Tra Que Cooking Class is run by Luco Travel. Besides the familiar specialties of Hoi An, you should try the local food of local people. Tra Que Cooking Class is the best way for you to learn how to prepare, cook and enjoy the local food of Tra Que people.
Moreover, you will have a chance to visit a local market to buy the ingredients, explore the daily life and practicing bargain skill.

In the morning, our tour guide will pick you up at hotel lobby. Starting Tra Que Cooking Class, we depart to Hoi An Market by bicycle. Our tour guide is also a chef will show you the way to choose fresh ingredients at the market. Also, we will buy all ingredients for our cooking class. Continue to Tra Que Village with a short bicycle ride. Along the way, we can make some photo stops of the rice fields, water buffalo, …
Hoi An Ancient Town
Upon arrival Tra Que Village, you will have welcome drink with “É” water. It’s a special local drink or local tea. Take a short rest before joining in Tra Que Cooking Class. After that, we take a short walk around the vegetable garden to see the local farmer at work.

Our tour guide will explain the culture, history and the daily activities of Tra Que people. Next, we will start the class step by step. You will learn how to make “Banh xeo” (Pancake), “Tam huu” spring roll (Traditional dish of Hoi An) and “Tra Que spring roll”.
Finishing the cooking experience, you will have a local fresh lunch in Tra Que.
Travel back to the hotel. End of service!
